If starbet discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, all such data will be promptly deleted, the account will be permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable regulations. Some of starbet's service providers and game platform partners — including cloud infrastructure providers and game studios — may be located outside of the Philippines. While starbet exercises care in selecting partners, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or applications that may be linked from our Platform. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the starbet Platform and the personal data we control.
