These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and starbet ("starbet," "we," "us," "our"), operator of the website located at starbet.lat (the "Platform"). To register and use the starbet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity — accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You must not be subject to self-exclusion or any exclusion order imposed by any gaming authority or by starbet itself.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) starbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information.

starbet is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and periodically during the account lifecycle. You may be requested to submit any of the following documents: a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide required documentation within the timeframe specified by starbet may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your starbet login credentials. starbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana, and other methods as made available from time to time on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso).

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• starbet does not accept cash deposits or deposits in any currency other than Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Deposit limits may be imposed by starbet at its discretion for responsible gaming purposes or regulatory compliance.
• In the event of a charge-back, reversal, or disputed transaction initiated by the Player against a deposit, starbet reserves the right to suspend the account, offset any winnings, and pursue recovery of any negative balance.
• starbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network disruptions affecting GCash, PayMaya, or other e-wallets.

The minimum withdrawal amount on starbet is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the starbet account.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. starbet may withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes of processing.
• starbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by risk management.
• Withdrawals that are initiated but not completed due to invalid account details provided by the Player may be subject to re-processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• Any balance associated with an active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met.

All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements"). No bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• starbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are void if starbet determines that the Player has attempted to exploit or manipulate a promotion through any means including, but not limited to, low-risk betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the specific promotional terms.

All games available on the starbet platform — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, card games, and sports betting — are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and are binding on all Players.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules.
• In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or payouts, starbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. starbet will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the starbet platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering with false, inaccurate, or another person's identity information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the betting system
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption in sports betting markets
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or bonus restrictions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing starbet staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure

All content on the starbet Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements, is the exclusive property of starbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any content on the starbet Platform without prior written authorisation from starbet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, starbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

starbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. starbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

starbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling across our platform. We provide all players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.

Upon account closure for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is established, genuine player funds (excluding bonus funds and unverified deposits) will be returned via the original deposit method following completed KYC verification.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof that cannot be resolved through starbet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
